Beauty Therapy - Level 3

If you have studied Beauty Therapy - Level 2, this is the next stage of your journey to becoming a qualified beauty therapist.

All relevant aspects of beauty therapy are studied, including:

• Anatomy and physiology
• Working in beauty
• Health and Safety
• Client Care and communication
• Promote and sell products
• Body massage
• electrical facial and body treatments
• Hot stone massage
• Indian head massage

There is a process of continual formative assessment including:

• Assignments

• Exams

• Practical and oral assessment with a summative assessment for theory and practical at the end of the year

You will need:

• A full level 2 diploma in Beauty Therapy at Merit or Distinction standard studied at CWA or another further education provider.
• Relevant work experience in the industry if the Level 2 diploma was achieved more than 2 years before the application date
• GCSE English and maths at grade 4 or higher
