Course Summary

This demanding yet popular course focuses very strongly on pure mathematics, algebra, graphs, equations and trigonometry.

Course Details

In addition, you will be introduced to calculus. There are also lessons on statistics and mechanics, building on knowledge from GCSE. You will also be taught to read and comprehend mathematical arguments and construct proofs.

How will it be delivered and assessed?

100% Exam. The A-Level examination consists of two exam papers in pure mathematics and a third paper in both statistics and mechanics.
