Course Summary

A Level Business as a subject will inspire, motivate and challenge learning. It introduces students to the principles of business, providing them with an understanding of how businesses operate in today’s global economy. It covers key business concepts, decision-making processes, and strategic planning, encouraging students to develop analytical and critical thinking skills.

The A Level is a two-year, full-time course that meets entry requirements in its own right for students who want to progress to higher education courses in business areas before entering employment. It can also support students who want to progress directly to employment in job roles in business or business management and Higher Apprenticeships in the business sector.

Business Studies A Level is a great choice for anyone interested in the world of commerce and entrepreneurship. It’s a great way to prepare for university courses in the fields of business and management, and to equip yourself with the know-how to start up your own business or follow a career in finance, accounting, marketing or management post university.
